big scam

worst customer service ever bought a ap mount and did not fit right so i want to return it but no can't return because i install it but how could i know if it fit or not until i install it and that the they said oh is you car. i have pictures and videos to poof is not the car is the mount .so don't buy again think from this company can't return defective item sound like something illegal is going on

Worst customer service ever scam company

Great Place with all the stuff i always need

This Company offers great Selection. Most of the Reviews below are written by guys who dont read the fine print. No company is going to do an exchange a year later even if your purchased it from jesus so grow up and accept that your friend should have inspected your item when it arrived I know i do with anything I order online. I swear half of these people never shopped anywhere but Amazon. Expecting a immediate response when in the screenshot you provided you shows the company telling you they respond within a couple hours yet you message every 5 mins, of course the owner is going to be annoyed anyone would be. Most of you complaining should change your name to Karen and Shop at Kmart. Import Image has the parts i need and if they make a mistake oh well it happens in reality its car parts not Open heart Surgery :) .

No working promo codes or mil discount

Promo codes never work and unlike many other sites iir doesn't have military discount... with that only buy from iir as your last option if other sites are out of stock or whatever

Long wait time

Hi everyone I'd like to share my experience with this company. I ordered a carbon fiber hood for my car it takes 6 to 12 weeks to make it then longer to ship it. I also ordered the most simple thing rain guards for my car and takes 4 weeks to get it.if you don't want to wait for your parts for a really long time when you ordered a part don't come here they are the worst. I found that eBay had everything there I needed and cheaper I might add and got it sooner only a week. I'm still waiting for my hood for my car from this company getting close to cancel my order I hope this helps my fellow car guys and girls have a safe drive thanks

SUCKS!

They are bad, I ordered an item only to be told a day later no stock, I then contact them about another item and NOTHING. The email I got says their photos are broken? Worst online company I have ever dealt with, no I have to try and recover the $550. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!

SUCK bad service+company

My brother ordered for me a combo 38/40mm EWG package and give it to me for Christmas gift over a year ago but I haven't unbox it until now but when I open it the up pipe and wastegate are 2 different size and it won't fit together because the up pipe was 44mm but on the box say 38/40mm so I try to email them to get it exchange but they barely reply me back and ( the answer is no) they won't get it exchange for me when I still have the receipt and order number for it. I unfortunately won't buy anything from them never ever again! Suck as company if I can I will give them 0 stars

I guess Im entitled?!

I guess I'm entitled and wrong for asking for support over a chat and waiting for 3 hours for the obvious owner to respond with me upset... I spent quite a bit of money on a part with this company. I didn't receive and confirmation other than what paypal gave me nor did I receive any tracking or status order after spending almost a grand here... Once I stated that I was going to cancel my order. The Owner... decides now is his time to send me a F-Off I'm busy, I'll get to you when I can message. Bottom line I am working to cancel my order with pay pal now because whether you are BUSY or not does not give you the right to be an@$$Hole to a paying customer. So yea I guess I'm entitled to reasonable service... Which this company absolutely has none.

Scammers

Bought new exhaust system from them. What they sent was a used dented system. I called to complain that the system was used and dented and there answering system stated they are not taking calls due to covid 19. I contacted my credit card company. They contacted them and I got a RMA number and prepaid return shipping label They told my credit card company i never returned items and they never got them. I have a receipt from fedex stating who signed for items and the date and time. Total scammers. I believe now this company is trying to collect from fedex stating they damaged it during shipping. That is not the case. Box was undamaged and the items were put in box damaged and used. Beware if you buy from them

Defective product

I ordered an infotainment head unit for my 2016 WRX cuz the one I have has a cracked screen. I installed the new head unit just to find out the touch screen doesn’t even turn on. I put my old head unit back in to see if it might be a blown fuse but it turned on no problem. So pissed cuz this item can’t be returned and I am
now out $300 on a defective item. So pissed
